Securing your child’s place for Academic year 2018-2019

Registration for 2018-2019

Registration process is essential in order to ensure a place for your child for the next year and the parents are requested to confirm registration. To register for coming academic year, you are kindly requested to pay register fee for the amount of AED 1000.  Once we have received confirmation of the above payments, your child’s place for Academic Year 2018-2019 is secured. In accordance with Article (44) of the Regulations of Private Schools, the registration fee will be deducted from your child’s Term 1 school fees. Good Will Children Private School L.L.C. reserves the right to retain the registration fee if a student does not return to school for Academic Year 2018-2019.

I am moving my child to another school what is the procedure required for withdrawal?

Transfer Certificates for 2018-2019

Students who wish to leave the school after this academic year for any reason, are requested to apply for “School Leaving Certificate“with a written letter having reason and location of transfer before 14^th June, 2018. The transfer process and certification will be done from 19^th August 2018.

Written letter includes reason and place of transfer. Please mention either of these locations:

v Within Abu Dhabi City (Transfer Online )

v Outside Abu Dhabi City but within United Arab Emirates

v Outside UAE

I want to admit a new child in the School

       New Admissions for 2018-2019

   New admissions for the next academic year (2018-2019) are in progress. Our first priority is to accommodate children with siblings already enrolled in School .Therefore, all parents are requested to inform the school if they wish to admit any new child/children before 30th May, 2018

Important Dates for your Diary

• Term 3 Final Assessments (2017-2018)

Final assessments for Grade 1 - Grade 8 will be commence on Sunday 3^rd June, 2018 - Thursday 14^th June, 2018. During scheduled assessments school timings will be 8:00 am -1:00 pm.

• Announcement of Results

The results will be announced after approval from the Abu Dhabi Education Council from 5^th July onwards. Report can be fetched from 5^th July onwards.

• School Fees  

School has the right to withhold final results and abstain from issuing the transfer certificates until the settlement related to the installments has been made.

• Closing of School (2017-2018)

The School closes on 28^th June, 2018 for students

• School Uniform

School Uniform will be available in the school stores from 26^th August, 2018 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. We wish to remind parents that they should adhere to the policy regarding school uniform of black school shoes and white socks.

• Re-Opening of School (Sep 2018-2019)

The school will re-open on 2^nd September, 2018 for all grades from KG 1 to Grade 8.           

Important Note: Abu Dhabi Education Council requires updated student documents for their online system ESIS (Enterprise Student Information System). Parents are requested to submit the copy of all updated documents of students. (E.g. passport, visa & Id card etc.)
